Jan came to our rescue to help us deal with the jealous behaviour of our little dog, Otto, when my first grandson was born.
She demonstrated to us how to understand the new situation from a dog's perspective. We learned how to train Otto with rewards for positive behaviour. Jan helped us realise that we all had to consistently maintain our new-found attitude to Otto in order to maintain the progress he is making.
